Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor incoming shipments, ensuring they align with corresponding orders and are dispatched to end-users efficiently.
  • Verify and attach necessary accessories to orders while confirming the accuracy of received equipment.
  • Prepare clearance documentation, review final orders, and assist in receiving both packages and pallet shipments.
  • Oversee inventory management of devices and accessories, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA) for shipments.
  • Document data for outbound shipments and facilitate the processing of return orders from clients.
  • Equip and provision devices as necessary to meet operational demands.
  • Provide assistance to the helpdesk, logistics, and Project Management teams as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
