Parking Operations Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

The Parking Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and patrons of the Music City Center. This role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain parking equipment, including ticket machines and payment systems
  • Ensure proper signage placement and parking rates are displayed accurately
  • Oversee contracted parking staff and revenue during special events
  • Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain the garage by performing daily mopping, sweeping, and trash removal
  • Ensure overall garage cleanliness and patrol to enforce parking zones and provide security presence

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Prior knowledge of large-scale scrubber/sweeper operation
  • Prior knowledge of Amano-McGann access and control equipment and software preferred
