Location: Grapevine, TX

Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Shift Duration: 8 Hours

Shifts per Week: 5

Scheduled Hours: 40

Salary: $25 - $36 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiology procedures in an acute care adult setting. The ideal candidate will utilize AIDET when interacting with patients and families, ensuring patient comfort and understanding of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiology procedures according to exam protocols in a timely manner.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by positioning them appropriately and adjusting equipment settings to ensure optimal imaging results.
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation policies to protect both patients and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging equipment and work areas, reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate medical imaging records and ensure timely documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, limiting wait times, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining supplies inventory and perform first aid as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Certification: ARRT-R Radiography (ARRT-R) certification required.
  • Ability to perform high-quality imaging procedures independently and accurately.
  • Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and ensure patient ease.
  • Experience in maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to serve as a preceptor, providing training to new team members as needed.
  • Willingness to take call, if required.
