Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Gregory Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and public facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects efficiently and economically, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Conduct pre-job planning, assign work, supervise, and evaluate workflow to drive productivity.
  • Lead a team of electricians and helpers by setting an example and conducting on-the-job training.
  • Accurately install electrical distribution and automation equipment, including switchgear, transformers, and PLC cabinets.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project changes are communicated effectively.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or 5-7 years' experience in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
  • Extensive mechanical ability and proficiency in OSHA standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures, labels, and gauges.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

The Electrical Superintendent will work in a fast-paced construction environment, frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts. The position requires the ability to work in outside weather conditions and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
