Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer specifications and determine the most effective power converter configurations
  • Create control algorithms utilizing MATLAB/Simulink and similar platforms
  • Work in tandem with software teams to deploy control algorithms onto digital processors
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control algorithms for power electronic devices
  • Perform validation testing and assist clients in resolving technical issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant engineering experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in the development of control systems for power electronic applications
  • Expertise in motor and power electronic circuit analysis
  • Practical experience in embedded programming and FPGA design
  • Capability to interpret schematics and PCB layouts
