As a Concierge, your role will be pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, significantly contributing to the overall culture of our community. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families while also assisting various departments in diverse capacities.

Key Attributes Sought in a Concierge:
  • Prior experience in senior care is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff, residents, and families.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks amidst interruptions.
  • Compassionate individuals who represent our community positively and professionally.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities of the Concierge at Arbor Village:
  • Welcome guests and coordinate with sales for tours.
  • Manage incoming calls and relay messages.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Foster effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Maintain resident and employee files in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Support accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Ensure availability of brochures and move-in packets for tours and admissions.
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.
Compensation: $18.00/hour
*Based on Experience
