Jefferson Health New Jersey is seeking a full-time, employed general Gastroenterologist to join our growing physician group, Jefferson Medical Group. This opportunity allows for the delivery of high-quality patient care and evidenced-based standards of practice in the subspecialty of Gastroenterology.
The Gastroenterologist will provide direct patient care in concert with a GI Fellowship program in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. Skills in upper endoscopies (EGD) and colonoscopies are required. The physician will have teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and GI Fellows.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited program or foreign equivalent
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Completion of an ACGME accredited GI fellowship
- Board certified/eligible in IM, GI
- Possess a medical license or be eligible to practice medicine in New Jersey
