Requirements:

* Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Athletic Trainer certification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
