Quality Assurance Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with quality teams and other supporting functions to drive quality initiatives and improvements.
  • Develop and implement quality systems, metrics, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage project plans, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between quality and other selected units, facilitating interactions and follow-ups.
  • Provide support for projects, processes, and metrics, ensuring seamless quality assurance.
  • Facilitate the roll-out of training programs and conduct gap assessments to identify areas for improvement.
