POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Supervisor will oversee administrative functions and staff management, ensuring high-quality client care across various disciplines while providing direct support to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Program Manager in daily operations, ensuring staff productivity and compliance with client records.
  • Coordinate client services and case management, collaborating with treatment teams to address clients' fundamental needs and manage symptoms.
  • Design, assess, and implement treatment objectives and strategies in partnership with the treatment team.
  • Deliver direct client services and maintain precise documentation, fulfilling minimum billing requirements for services rendered.
  • Assist in shift management duties alongside other staff as directed by the Program Manager.
  • Facilitate client placements, including pre-placement assessments and necessary transportation.
  • Provide shift coverage as part of the on-call team.
  • Offer field-based services as dictated by program requirements and client needs.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of client information.
  • Engage in scheduled program meetings and perform additional relevant tasks as assigned.
  • Lead the clinical team in alignment with care standards and organizational regulations, in consultation with the Program Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science and a valid/current BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) is required.
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are mandatory.
  • Experience in providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services is preferred.
  • Cultural competency is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EHR software is advantageous.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the following physical demands must be met:

  • Visual acuity, auditory ability, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and navigate various workspaces.
  • Capability to drive and lift/carry items as necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and utilize hands/fingers for tasks.
