About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a hospital in Kennewick, WA. As a home health nurse, you will provide medical care to patients in their homes, requiring daily driving to multiple locations.


Responsibilities
  • Complete nursing assessments and document patient records accurately
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain proper documentation

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months recent home health experience required
  • Current RN License and valid BLS Certification
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and auto insurance
