Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and meticulous Warehouse Worker to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & Unloading: Effectively unload incoming shipments, verify for accuracy and damage, and ensure proper storage in designated locations.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly update inventory logs, perform cycle counts, and report any discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring all products are securely packaged and correctly labeled for shipment.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse, ensuring products are easily accessible and stored safely.
  • Loading & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment by loading them onto trucks or other transportation methods, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, using equipment and tools responsibly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other warehouse team members to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for effective inventory management.
  • Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
