We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU/CCU environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Use analytical and critical thinking to ensure that care is individualized and coordinated through effective partnerships.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
