About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting relevant products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, suggesting ways to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, with a strong preference for Spanish
