As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing approximately $200 million in direct and indirect spend, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensuring the competitiveness of our new product development through meticulous evaluation of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and build strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Track supplier performance, provide feedback, and analyze financial data to assess viability and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies, analyzing internal and external data to drive cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage supply risk analysis, monitoring and owning KPIs such as MOH (months on hand) and inventory grading risk for raw materials.
- Present key materials trends, issues, and inflation & deflation forecast to the Division to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree in Ops Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in professional strategic sourcing in an international industrial business.
- 5-7 years' experience in leading a team of direct reports and track record of people development.
- Strong Microsoft Office and ERP-system skills required.
