Job Title: Perm - Dietitian - Renal (Days) Delano CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in Delano, CA. As a Renal Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutritional care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for dialysis patients and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide ongoing instruction and counseling to patients and their families on renal diet and medication management.
  • Monitor patient adherence to diet and medication regimens, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest renal nutrition research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dietitian Certification (RD) or Board Certified (BC) in Renal Nutrition.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
  • Member of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
