Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, creating patient specific nutritional plans, and providing ongoing nutritional support. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on experience
Requirements:
Registered by the Academy of Nutrition on the Commission of Dietetic Registry.
Current state licensure (if required by the state).
Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.

Salary Range
$34 - $44/ hour depending on experience and qualifications
