Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team at Versiti, Inc. in a Hospital Services role. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing quality biological blood components within the prescribed time following regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture Red Blood Cells (RBCs), Fresh Frozen Plasma, and Recovered Plasma
  • Perform leukoreduction of Whole Bloods and RBCs
  • Manufacture Cryoprecipitate, Pooled Cryoprecipitate, and Cryo Reduced Plasma
  • Label products to meet regulatory and inventory requirements
  • Manufacture additional specialty products as needed by customer base
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Above average attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
  • Aptitude for computers and data entry skills required
