Sign Production Specialist

As a Sign Production Specialist at FastSigns, you will be responsible for the physical production of signs, including preparing substrates and using machines and techniques to construct products according to written instructions. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
- Operate and maintain printer(s) and perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production.
- Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images and perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting printed pieces.
- Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a clean and organized production area.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 or more pounds.
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
