Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant / Tax Preparer to join our team at Ruben D Rosas Inc. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and tax preparation, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities.
  • Advise clients on tax planning and preparation strategies.
  • Perform financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare payroll and sales tax returns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or tax preparation.
  • Preferred qualifications: Enrolled Agent (E.A) and/or CTEC-Registered Tax Preparer.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
