Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at McLean Hospital. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and clinical support to our clinical services team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic clerical work and tasks, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing patient records and maintaining accurate files
- Assist with patient communication, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and services
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
