Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Lead Clinical Operations: Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, patient throughput, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate Effectively: Facilitate open communication among team members, patients, and physicians to ensure clear understanding and alignment of patient care goals.
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Regularly assess and evaluate the performance of self and team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN licensure in the appropriate state, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience.
  • Certifications and Training: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to the American Heart Association and appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) within one year of eligibility for professional certification exam.
Physical and Mental Demands

This role requires the ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, as well as the ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform other physical demands of the job. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
