ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Client Relations Specialist at Laura Feltner - State Farm Agent, you will cultivate outstanding client interactions that contribute to the success of our insurance practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement a customer-focused, needs-based assessment to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Utilize outstanding communication skills to effectively address customer needs while fostering the growth of our agency.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts and meet individual performance targets.
