About the Role

As a seasoned Project Manager with Michael Page, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Your expertise in managing subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers will ensure seamless project execution. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring a safe and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Enforce a safe work environment and culture on the project.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working with a General Contractor.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience handling commercial projects.
  • Strong software and technology skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
