Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator for Real Estate Operations to join our team at Northstar Realty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the CEO and CFO in their daily operations and contribute to the success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing email communications.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence associated with construction, development, or property management.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy format.
  • Assist with real estate transactions, including transaction coordination and closing preparations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key vendors, attorneys, and contractors.
  • Produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
