We are seeking an onsite Transportation Dispatcher to help coordinate drivers, trucks, and containers for maximum productivity and exceptional customer service.


As a key part of our team, you will ensure efficient route planning, assist drivers with daily schedules, and provide courteous service to our clients.

What You'll Do:

Maximize productivity by meeting or exceeding established company goals through efficient vehicle routing.


Assign loads to drivers based on their designated routes and current locations.


Prepare, update, and distribute the daily route schedule.


Collect and maintain documentation for scheduled, missed, and extra pick-ups, as well as route completions and driver locations.


Confirm route completion through the driver check-in process.


Interact professionally with customers as needed.


Report any driver performance issues to management for resolution.


Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.


Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.



What You'll Need:

2+ years of dispatch experience.


Computer skills.


Must know DOT and HOS regulations.


Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
