The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring exceptional client care and maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team. Key Responsibilities- Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
- Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support the needs of our wellness plan clients.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about their pet's health and promoting preventative care.
- Assist incoming and outgoing clients with necessary documentation, information, and instructions, and ensure prompt service.
- Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and utilizing proper opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct administrative functions as necessary and perform other job duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year related experience required, with customer service preferred.
- Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.
The Client Service Coordinator will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, interacting with clients and pets on a daily basis. The position requires the ability to work at a computer for long periods of time, be confident around pets, and work in a moderately high noise level environment.
