Automotive Photographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Photographer to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our vehicles for use on our website and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Select and assemble photography equipment according to subject material, anticipated conditions, and knowledge of function and limitations of various types of cameras, lenses, films, and accessories.
- View subject and setting; plan composition, camera position, and camera angle to produce desired effect.
- Estimate or measure light level or create artificial lighting with flash units, lights, and lighting equipment.
- Make adjustments to camera, lens, or equipment to compensate for factors such as distorted perspective and parallax.

Requirements:

- Prior photography experience desired.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system and edit photos on the dealership website.

Work Environment:

This position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors. Employee may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Work includes movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions and frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
