We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.
Job SummaryThe RN Supervisor with Administrative Duties will assist in managing the nursing department throughout the building for the weekend. This role will conduct the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. You will coordinate resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance resident and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems, and regulatory compliance for the center.
Responsibilities- Collect, trend, analyze, and report data
- Manage the nursing department in the absence of the DON/ADON
- Coordinate resource utilization and timely care interventions
- Enhance resident and family satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance
- Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in this state
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Must have and maintain CPR certification
- Two years' experience as a RN with 1 year nursing supervisory experience preferred
This role requires frequent movement throughout the workday, with some exposure to disagreeable conditions, including odor and infection. You will work with residents, families, and other healthcare staff members, and may be required to travel to other Solaris HealthCare locations.
