KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and ensure high-quality housekeeping and maintenance practices across the property.
  • Manage daily operations, focusing on the upkeep of common areas, including buildings and grounds.
  • Supervise external contractors to guarantee adherence to company standards and maintenance agreements.
  • Assess maintenance needs for common areas and solicit bids from contractors as necessary.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, restrooms, landscaping, and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with maintenance and construction processes.
  • Understanding of corporate standards for retail environments and the ability to meet those expectations.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong team-building and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for relaying technical information accurately.
  • High initiative and independent judgment.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions provided in various formats.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
