Program Overview

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst Intern to join our Technology Internship Program. As a Project Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and challenges, developing essential interpersonal and technical skills, and positioning yourself for future career success and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform project management duties, including creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, and communicating action plans.
  • Ensure projects adhere to defined scopes and timelines, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, creating presentations and visuals to assist with documenting business requirements, and acting as a liaison.
  • Compile and analyze metrics to identify trends, efficiencies, and potential opportunities, managing a wide variety of complex tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Contribute to the achievement of strategic outcomes by ensuring project objectives are understood and met.
Requirements
  • Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Knowledge of project planning and management, compiling and analyzing metrics to identify trends and efficiencies, and familiar with knowledge management and identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset.
  • Interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes.
  • Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities.
  • Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications.
  • Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers.

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. You will also need to be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds, and have finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
