POSITION SUMMARY

Role Overview:
This role is dedicated to the assessment, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of motor coaches and various commercial vehicles.
Compensation Range:
$28 - $34 per hour
This information indicates the suggested base salary range for this role based on available data. Minimums and maximums may differ based on geographical location. Individual compensation is influenced by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and other pertinent considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducts inspections, diagnoses issues, repairs, and maintains motor coaches, commercial and non-commercial vehicles, and other types of vehicles.
2. Understands and complies with all company safety protocols and procedures.
3. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to operations, facilities, grounds, and personnel, including EPA, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.
4. Specific duties and responsibilities are influenced by the individual Service Technician's training, certification, knowledge, skills, and experience.
5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected timelines.
2. Must possess the necessary tools to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
3. Previous experience in Body and Frame Repairs.
4. Experience with Interior Component repair/replacement is preferred.
5. Audio/Video knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
Essential Skills:
1. Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive outlook.
2. Consistent attendance is required.
3. Willingness to travel, including potential weekend and overtime work.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
