About the Role

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is a critical member of our team, responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to patients and dialysis centers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis products to patients and dialysis centers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and rotation of stock
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders
  • Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless delivery operations
Requirements
  • Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Medical Card
  • Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain driver HOS log using Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
  • Pass Industrial Capabilities Test
  • Ability to perform multiple day routes with overnight travel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending, crouching, and lifting
