Rehabilitation Access Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Access Representative to join our team at Resurgens Orthopaedics. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Greets and welcomes patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Verifies patient information, including insurance and demographic data
- Schedules appointments and coordinates with clinicians to ensure timely and efficient care
- Collects and processes patient payments, including co-pays and deductibles
- Communicates with patients regarding appointment status, wait times, and any issues that may arise
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information
- Assists with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
