Position Summary:
The Intake and Stabilization Manager, under the guidance of the Director of Community Services, will lead the management of disaster response initiatives and financial coaching services, along with their respective teams. Responsibilities will encompass ensuring program compliance, enhancing policies and procedures, sustaining program viability through fundraising efforts, identifying funding opportunities, and developing outreach strategies. This role includes direct oversight of staff performance and ensuring departmental objectives align with the agency's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve strategic goals by supervising program operations.
- Set clear job expectations through planning, monitoring, and evaluating performance.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels by managing recruitment and selection processes in collaboration with HR.
- Meet financial targets by preparing annual budgets and overseeing expenditures.
- Ensure program objectives are met by monitoring service delivery and data integrity.
- Guarantee compliance with program goals and funder reporting standards.
- Oversee compensation planning and enforce organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate reporting and data collection, coordinating with content specialists.
- Contribute to program sustainability through grant writing and funding acquisition.
- Assist the supervising Director with budget planning for programs and the agency.
- Analyze program data for continuous improvement and assist with agency-wide data requirements.
- Manage documentation of staff performance reviews and team communications.
- Coordinate special community events to promote the program and agency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and low-income communities.
This position operates within a professional office setting, characterized by a moderate noise level.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required to sit, use a computer, and communicate verbally. Occasional requirements include standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
