Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax preparation services to individual, trust, and/or partnership clients
  • Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance tax knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
  • Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
