Lead Residential Design Studio

We are seeking a visionary Residential Studio Director to spearhead our residential design team and drive innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the residential design studio, ensuring exceptional quality and project delivery

• Oversee all phases of residential projects from concept to construction documents

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions

• Mentor and inspire a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment

• Guide the team in quality control of all phases of plan development and coordinate with leading engineers to ensure minimum errors

• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge design solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential architecture

• Strong track record of successfully leading and managing design teams

• Excellent design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication and client management abilities

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
