Job Overview
Required Skills: Business Analyst with Financial Crimes Domain Expertise & Scrum Master Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Crimes sector, including knowledge of ECRR (Enterprise Client Risk Reporting), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and Sanctions Screening (such as OFAC), along with familiarity with the Actimize tool.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, including the ability to construct complex queries and joins, complemented by strong data analysis capabilities across various databases like Oracle, Sybase, Hadoop, and SQL Server.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master, capable of fulfilling both Scrum Master and Lead Business Analyst roles.
- Background in Capital Markets.
- Experience in liaising with managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Skilled in drafting User Stories, Business Requirements, and Functional Requirements documents.
- Competent in creating UML diagrams and source-to-target documentation.
- Strong SQL writing and data analysis skills.
- In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, Sanctions Screening, and the Actimize tool, with a solid understanding of CDD (Customer Due Diligence), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), and Risk Scoring.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and acting in a Scrum Master capacity.
