We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Coilplus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new leads
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales forecasts and customer interactions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in metal sales
  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory
