Responsibilities:

2. Manage the financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
3. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to provide recommendations based on findings.
4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Manage accrued revenue, expenditures, and depreciation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Allocate expenses and manage patient revenue entries.
7. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in Abila MIP or equivalent financial management software.
4. Strong understanding of financial statements, journal entries, accrued revenue, expenditures, grants, depreciation, and expense allocation.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive financial planning.
6. Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data to a non-financial audience.
8. High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
