Job Title: Therapist III (Residential Treatment)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Job Specialty: Residential Treatment Job Duration: To Be Determined Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: To Be Determined

Job Summary:

As a Therapist III in our Residential Treatment program, you will provide specialized mental health and substance use services to clients. This includes assessments, counseling and therapy services, case management, and dual diagnosis treatment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnosis or needs assessments for clients and develop Individual Service Plans (ISP).
  • Provide direct client services, such as individual and group therapy, meeting productivity standards.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate services with the participation of clients and their families.
  • Maintain and monitor assigned clients' ISP and review their progress in treatment.
  • Collaborate and coordinate services with other professionals, including psychiatric and primary care providers.
  • Assist clients in crisis situations, providing crisis intervention and safety planning services.
  • Willingly act as a supervisor to student interns.
  • Assist families of clients in accessing appropriate healthcare, chemical dependency resources, and developing social skills.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, supervision, and in-service trainings.
