Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the membership
  • Offer financial products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of our members
  • Meet cross-sell, deposit, and loan production goals
  • Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
Requirements
  • Minimum of Associate's degree, desired
  • One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
  • Proven track record in loan origination, sales, and member service
  • Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, and apply analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Presentation of a professional image to the member and the community
  • Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedules, including Saturdays
