Project Manager

The Cigna Group is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead client implementations and drive successful project outcomes. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of new client implementations, client expansions, and existing clients implementing new programs/features.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client strategy and develop relationships within the client implementation team
Influence stakeholders in a clear, confident, and collaborative manner when articulating concepts, challenges, complexities to drive standards and best practices
Coordinate resources and schedules for project/program implementations, including project deliverables, goals, and milestones
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of Project Management experience, including scheduling and budgeting
Familiarity with the waterfall process
3+ years of Healthcare Operations and/or Healthcare IT experience
