  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Train and develop the skills of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • High school education preferred.
  • Two or more years of related experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. The supervisor will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
