Job Summary

T and T Consulting Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician Tier II Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Desktop Support: Provide on-site and remote support for desktop, software, and peripheral issues for our clients.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network problems impacting users and work with Tier II or III administrators to restore optimum service.
  • Technical Assistance: Assist with IAVA remediation, install, configure, troubleshoot, relocate, and repair desktops, Personal Digital Assistant, wireless devices, mobile phones, and printers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on ticket queue age, most common problems, average time to close tickets, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration and Support: Contribute to T&T proposal activities and provide technical support for Video Teleconference (VTC) services, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must have a SECRET government clearance prior to being hired.
  • Certifications: Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent prior to being hired.
