At Soar Autism Center, we're dedicated to empowering children with autism to reach their full potential. As a Child Developmental Behavior Specialist, you'll play a vital role in advancing our mission-driven care model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
