Job Summary

The Material Handler plays a crucial role in the Converting area, reporting directly to the Warehouse Lead. This position is responsible for handling all Raw Materials, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and box clamps to efficiently move materials
  • Assist in receiving and storing incoming Raw Materials
  • Read and understand Bill of Lading and ST/OT paperwork
  • Utilize Scan gun and JDE System for accurate tracking
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform cycle counts and inspect trucks for loads
  • Responsible for wrapping and moving finished goods
  • Assist with trash removal and facility cleaning
Requirements
  • Forklift and Clamp Truck experience required
  • JDE system and Scan gun experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
