Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a test vehicle while adhering to all compliance regulations.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including start-up, launch, and shutdown procedures.
  • Maintain high standards by following established procedures and processes.
  • Identify and escalate any potential safety or performance concerns promptly.
  • Document daily events to support the advancement of driving technology.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback regarding system performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience; an Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to meet the client's driving record requirements, verified through Motor Vehicle Record checks.
  • Capability to pass a ten-panel drug screening and background checks prior to employment.
  • Enjoyment of extended driving periods.
  • Proficiency in monitoring software via a laptop while in a moving vehicle, along with strong typing and communication skills.
  • Experience in a professional environment emphasizing safety, integrity, and adherence to procedures.
  • Genuine interest in technology and software, with the ability to adapt to ongoing developments.
  • Ability to work effectively in close quarters for extended durations, both independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to various testing locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the autonomous vehicle sector or on-road data collection.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.
