Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract, School-Based Position

Overview: Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work collaboratively with students, families, and educators to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Maine SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
