About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategist to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in advancing our business strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop and activate strategic initiatives, driving alignment and decision-making.
  • Operate autonomously, leveraging excellent thought leadership and collaboration skills to drive progress.
  • Develop executive-ready deliverables that effectively communicate progress and advance our work.
  • Structure workplans that drive work forward, aligning with stakeholders and managing interactions throughout the course of work.
  • Drive analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods, generating insights and recommendations that advance our strategic thinking.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions, working sessions, and workshops with key stakeholders and senior executives, incorporating novel engagement tactics and methods.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in enterprise strategy, finance, management consulting, investment banking, or analytics.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks/projects, adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, ability to develop a detailed work plan, and influence to execute on the plan.
  • Works effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to influence associates and leadership up to the Executive Management level using verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise or analytics strategy.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience in brokerage, financial, or banking industry.
